Given current divisiveness, we are launching Universities United, an immersive multi-campus initiative which includes workshops that bridge the divides, improve communication, and foster intergenerational connection.
We address the lack of connection and a sense of belonging, fostering cohesiveness within and between our communities.
We establish mentorships between ambassadors across universities. Our Ambassador Teams are dedicated to empowerment on college campuses like Sorbonne, New York University, Penn State, and Emory University- now expanded to 16 universities.
College campuses today are experiencing high levels of divisiveness—social, political, and interpersonal. Students often feel overwhelmed, isolated, scared, and unable to fully express themselves. According to a 2023 survey by the Higher Education Research Institute, over 60% of college students report feeling uncomfortable sharing their views on controversial topics in class.
At Collaborative Solutions, we believe that when students investigate their values and strengthen their emotional intelligence, they connect to their inner clarity, become stronger leaders, and can help shape more connected, conscious communities.
Due to the current divisiveness, there are deep gaps between beliefs, communication, and solutions.
This is the gap our program fills.
The program is 6 months: 3 months receiving and learning. 3 months giving back and mentoring. Within those 3 months, we focus on 1) self-discovery, agency and consciousness, 2) communication and connection, 3) healing, story-telling and inspiring.
